TRANSACTION unpacked at IASPIS gallery space, Stockholm
interviews, session, film collection (3 DVD 30 min.), film archive (56 VHS), sign system / IASPIS / Stockholm / 2001

TRANSACTION at IASPIS space in Stockholm continues to search through the spatial narrative extracted from the cinematic memories present in the space through the collection of key sequences. The search translates into the design of architecture for the space developing further the scheme of the drama triangle but more focusing into a particular role of the pattern that helps to read through the scenario.
The spatial design starts from a polka dot dress as a casual wear of an innocent girl (an ideal scenario of a victim) in Lithuanian film and runs through it as a hole of a camera obscura to meet with an omnipresent gaze of psychiatrists. The meeting of the dot and the hole as two elements on a MasterCard supporting monetary transactions is utilized as design element of packaging of the Film Archive of TRANSACTION.
