The point of departure for the fashion collection was a discussion with Lithuanian fashion designer Sandra Straukaite about restrictions on wearing the burka and chador in public in France and Germany. It also proceeds from a Russian media phantasm, the \u201cWhite Ruta\u201d group, a battalion of snipers from the Baltic, supposedly consisting of women, who played a subversive role in the aftermath of the guerrilla war in Chechnya.

Analysing the political norms of East and West, the design of camouflage fabric was developed and printed with rues: a reinterpretation of the headscarf discovered in the film sequence in the textile factory.

The found footage from the film archive of a weaving factory in Kaunas suggests the discovery of a headscarf with the ruta pattern, worn by female workers. As a kind of chador, the headscarf is an inevitable part of the uniform.
